Terms of Service

A booking request is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Service durations shown on the site are guides — the barber will agree the final approach with you at consultation.

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit on future bookings.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or move you to the next available slot so the rest of the day stays on time.

Prices listed on the site are current at the time of publication and payable in the studio at the end of your appointment. We accept card and contactless payment.
