Apex was founded in 2014 by lifelong barbers who thought a good haircut had become a rushed transaction.
Marcus spent a decade in Mayfair; Theo learned fades in his father's shop. They met over a shared complaint — that a good haircut had become a rushed transaction.
So they built the opposite. One drink, one consultation, forty-five minutes that belong entirely to you, and a cut that still sits right three weeks later. Twelve years on, that's still the whole plan.
