When you request an appointment we collect your name, email address, preferred date, chosen service and any notes you add. If you join our newsletter we store your email address only.

Booking details are used to confirm, prepare for and remind you about your appointment. Newsletter addresses are used to send occasional studio updates, and you can unsubscribe from any email.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers that help us run bookings and email, and it is kept for as long as needed to manage your appointments and our records.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@apexbarberstudio.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
